Our core area is Saar-Lor-Lux – Saarland, Luxembourg, Rhineland-Palatinate and Lorraine within roughly a 100 km radius – plus Switzerland (Basel, Zurich, Lucerne). We take on projects across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and support commissioning worldwide.

The easiest way is the contact form or an email with a brief project description. We reply within 24 hours on business days; an initial technical assessment follows once the documents have been reviewed, followed by a no-obligation first call to clarify scope and possible next steps.

Both. Programming, visualization and engineering are largely done remotely, while commissioning and troubleshooting take place on site at the plant. Hybrid models – preparation remote, execution on site – are the norm.

It helps to know the type of machine or plant, the controller in use (e.g. S7-1500 and TIA Portal version), the scope and timeframe of the project, and the location. A rough outline is enough to get started – we work out the details together.

Meetings, coordination and on-site commissioning are in German or English. Project deliverables such as documentation and HMI screens are also available in French.
