Which regions does Prybisch Automation serve?
Our core area is the Greater Region Saar-Lor-Lux – Saarland, Luxembourg and Lorraine within roughly a 100 km radius. Beyond that we work throughout Switzerland (Basel, Zurich, Lucerne) and the wider DACH region, and we support commissioning worldwide.
How does the first contact work?
The easiest way is the contact form or an email with a brief project description. We usually get back to you within 24 to 48 hours with an initial assessment, followed by a no-obligation first call to clarify scope and possible next steps.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Both. Programming, visualization and engineering are largely done remotely, while commissioning and troubleshooting take place on site at the plant. Hybrid models – preparation remote, execution on site – are the norm.
What information helps with an enquiry?
It helps to know the type of machine or plant, the controller in use (e.g. S7-1500 and TIA Portal version), the scope and timeframe of the project, and the location. A rough outline is enough to get started – we work out the details together.
In which languages can projects be handled?
We handle projects in German, English and French – across documentation, communication and on-site commissioning.
