Safety concepts per ISO 13849, ProfiSafe programming and Distributed Safety. Failsafe PLC solutions (S7-1500F, S7-300F/400F) with emergency stop cascades and validated safety logic.

HMI Visualization & SCADA Engineering

WinCC Comfort/Advanced and WinCC Unified with multilingual operator interfaces, recipe management and batch control. Including HMI migration: upgrading legacy WinCC Flexible and Comfort panels to WinCC Unified – screens are rebuilt (partially AI-automated).

When only an online snapshot without symbols, without described DBs and without network comments remains: re-documentation of S5 and S7-Classic programs, AI-assisted. Also reconstruction from scanned schematics when the E-Plan is missing. On request directly combined with migration to TIA Portal.

AI Workflows & AI Consulting

AI workflows have been part of my daily engineering work for nearly a year: AI-assisted PLC programming in TIA Portal V21, WinCC Unified panels pre-generated with AI and manually refined, TIA Openness for automated workflows. AI as a booster for grunt work, diagnostics and hard problems. Consulting for plant operators and integrators.
