How much does PLC programming cost in Luxembourg?
It depends on the scope. Engineering, meaning PLC programming, HMI and documentation, is offered at a fixed price after we have reviewed your documents. Commissioning is usually billed on a time-and-materials basis, because it depends on the work of other trades.
Which controllers do you program?
Siemens S7-1500 and S7-1200 (including G2) with TIA Portal up to V21, S7-300 and S7-400 with STEP 7 Classic, and S5 in retrofits. For HMI: WinCC Unified, Comfort panels and WinCC flexible.
How quickly can you be on site in Luxembourg?
From our head office in Stadtbredimus, driving time is about 30 minutes to Luxembourg City, 35 minutes to Esch-sur-Alzette, 40 minutes to Differdange and 50 minutes to Ettelbruck or Diekirch. How fast we reach a plant in case of a fault depends on ongoing assignments.
Which languages do you work in?
Meetings, coordination and on-site commissioning are in German or English. Project deliverables such as documentation and HMI screens are also available in French.
Can you replace old S5 or S7-300 controllers?
Yes, it is our most frequent assignment. We migrate S5 and S7-300/400 to S7-1500 or S7-1200 G2 in TIA Portal and replace WinCC flexible and Comfort panels with WinCC Unified. The program is rebuilt in FBD and LAD so that your maintenance team can read it themselves when a fault occurs. Control cabinet and wiring can often stay in place.
What if neither an offline project nor symbols exist any more?
Then we reconstruct the program from the running PLC: symbols, comments and a description of the current state, for S5 and S7 Classic. If the circuit diagram is missing too, we work from scanned drawings. The result can go straight into a migration to TIA Portal.
Do you analyse data from our plants with AI?
Yes, as a separate service. The S7-1500 provides the data via OPC UA, and the AI analyses it read-only, for example for fault and downtime analysis. No AI runs in the controller; it stays deterministic.
